Position Summary:
As a Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving regional patient acquisition by creating and executing innovative marketing strategies. You’ll develop dynamic marketing materials, design engaging social media content, and organize community events, all while upholding our core values and ensuring brand consistency. Your expertise will help cultivate strong relationships and elevate our mission in the local community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Management: Elevate our brand’s presence across multiple platforms by creating, scheduling, and publishing cohesive content that resonates with our audience.
- Office-Specific Social Media: Support marketing efforts tailored to individual office locations, ensuring local relevance and engagement.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Partner with operations and HR teams to ensure smooth integration of marketing efforts across the company.
- Campaign Coordination: Oversee the distribution of campaigns via social media, email, and text messaging, ensuring maximum reach and impact.
- Innovative Marketing Strategies: Bring fresh ideas to the table, utilizing best practices, tools, and templates to ensure consistency and excellence in every aspect of the patient journey.
- Community Engagement: Identify, plan, and execute events, both weeknights and weekends, that drive community involvement and foster brand loyalty.
- Additional Duties: Assist with other tasks to ensure the marketing department operates efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Creative, innovative, and collaborative mindset with a passion for marketing.
- Proficient in Canva Suite and Meta Business Suite.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve problems creatively.
- Excellent planning, organizing, and communication abilities.
- Experience with social media advertising (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Availability to work evenings and weekends for event coordination.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and proofreading skills.
- Proven track record of collaborating with teams to achieve successful outcomes.
- Reliable transportation and flexibility in start and end times.
