About this position:
Responsible for marketing and promotion of the Company and the Company’s products and services. Responsible for overseeing and creating timely production of all promotional materials for both image and product. Manages media planning, scheduling, placement and tracking.
Responsibilities:
> Markets the branding of Company through media, press releases, signage, radio, newspaper, POP signage, and online communication
> Creates and executes strategies for promoting programs and campaigns for Company subsidiaries and/or departments
> Coordinates print, television, radio and online advertising with vendors. Acquires and reviews quotes for competitive media and production pricing and review of final product for quality control and presentation
> Develops marketing direct mail campaigns and web-based marketing for Company
> Review competition’s strengths and weaknesses to achieve maximum results for products and services
> Assists in development of annual and monthly media/promotional programs and schedules for Company
> Coordinates with Company departments to develop presentation display support, sponsorship, branding and visual media for key campaigns and business shows and events
> Makes recommendations for cost savings and price reduction to adhere to budget requirements
> Create innovative ways and strategies to increase revenue and market share
> Actively participate in Community Service as designated by Community Service Requirements

Qualifications:
Education/Certifications/Experience:
> Bachelor’s Degree required; Concentration in Graphic Design, Commercial Art or equivalent experience preferred
> 6 years of experience in Graphic Design or Commercial Art
Skills/Knowledge:
> Extensive working knowledge of Mac, Adobe InDesign CS6, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Acrobat, MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint and Outlook; experience with web design management and design software desirable
> Extensive knowledge of media in market areas and the production process
Other:
> Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed; ability to travel as needed
Physical Demands:
> Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and some brief periods of walking/standing
> Repetitive use of telephone, computer, computer mouse, and keyboard
> Must be able to lift up to 15 lbs. at times

The salary range for this position is $65,000-$70,000 annually commensurate with experience and education.
Additional compensation may be earned through the Company’s incentive programs, subject to individual and company performance.
