Partner Marketing Manager

to join our team on an exciting consulting opportunity with our client, Microsoft. This is a live role, and we are working directly with the hiring manager. The ideal candidate must have prior experience working at Microsoft as an FTE or contract employee and must have completed a six-month break since their last role at the company.

As a key player in this role, you will lead marketing strategy and execution for a major global account, ensuring alignment across worldwide and regional teams. This position is ideal for a marketing professional with experience in technology and partner ecosystems who excels in campaign execution, cross-functional collaboration, and driving measurable business impact.

Job Description We are seeking a

Partner Marketing Manager

to support a major global account, driving marketing engagement and alignment on strategy and execution. This role focuses on designing and implementing campaigns that enhance the purchase experience for key market segments, with an emphasis on driving engagement and growth. The

Partner Marketing Manager

will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to implement product and marketing strategies, ensuring alignment on worldwide and regional marketing plans. The role will also manage marketing investments, ensuring optimal allocation and adherence to business objectives, KPIs, and compliance guidelines. Key Responsibilities

Planning & Strategy Contribute to the development of regional and subsidiary marketing plans, aligning with global priorities. Define and communicate marketing priorities, ensuring cohesive execution across key product portfolios. Oversee and manage budgetary marketing spend within assigned regions.

Collaboration & Execution Work closely with internal teams and partner contacts to execute joint marketing initiatives. Advocate for partner priorities and marketing initiatives within the organization. Support execution of marketing programs and ensure alignment with sales teams.

Operational Excellence Manage marketing fund allocations and ensure compliance with reporting and ROI guidelines. Oversee budget planning and ensure accountability for shared metrics. Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and risks.

Qualifications Experience in marketing, particularly within technology, hardware, or partner ecosystems. Strong understanding of multi-channel marketing and experience managing marketing investments. Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build strong relationships with stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority and work across virtual teams. Strong communication and executive presence, with the ability to present to senior stakeholders. Experience in

Small and Medium-sized Businesses (SMBs)

customer segments is a plus.
