This role is a hybrid position located at our company's headquarters in Irvine, CA. However, open to fully remote.
Job Description: Marketing Programs Manager
The Marketing Programs Manager is a dynamic and diverse position involving developing and executing an array of marketing campaigns and activities for architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry target audiences. We are seeking a candidate with a strong background in marketing, particularly in the areas of digital marketing, content creation, and using marketing technology. In addition, the ideal candidate will possess a proactive mindset, excel in collaboration, and communications, and demonstrate exceptional drive and creativity to achieve desired outcomes.
Specific responsibilities include:
Sales and Marketing, Business Unit/Line, and Corporate Support: ·
Collaborate and support Sales and Business Unit/Line leadership with marketing support to achieve goals and commitments. ·
Communicate marketing efforts and plans through meetings and other communication channels. ·
Help plan and attend tradeshows and other events. ·
Create marketing materials, messaging, and campaigns. ·
Support other members of the marketing department taking on various projects.
Marketing Plans: ·
Assist in developing strategic market plans and activities supporting Business Units/Lines, and company goals and objectives. ·
Achieve, measure, and report ROI.
Industry and Thought Leadership Content and Campaign Development: ·
Demonstrate an intimate understanding of the AECO industry to identify demands for products and services. ·
Develop sales and marketing collateral, including webinars, whitepapers, articles, blogs, presentations, datasheets, web content, and other related materials. ·
Create email and social media campaigns. ·
Develop messaging based on personas and disciplines. ·
Work with 3rd party vendors on content and campaigns. ·
Cultivate relationships with customers recommended by Customer Success or sales representatives. ·
Look for opportunities to position the company as a thought leader through editorial and speaker engagements. ·
Work cross-functionally with internal departments, including Business Unites, Business Lines, Sales, Customer Success, and external partners, such as manufacturing partners, creative agencies, and marketing vendors. ·
Other duties as needed.
Qualifications: ·
Bachelor’s degree. ·
5+ years of professional work experience in marketing. ·
Experience working in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite and Canva. ·
Experience working with CRM and marketing automation platforms, HubSpot and NetSuite specifically, is a plus. ·
Proficiency in MS Office suite. ·
Experience in working in the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry is a plus. ·
Experience in working in the software industry is a plus. ·
Excellent written, oral, interpersonal communication, and presentation skills with the ability to be persuasive. ·
Ability to work and collaborate cross-functionally and with external vendors. ·
Candidates must be analytical, curious, creative, results-and-detailed oriented. ·
Self-starter who can solve problems with minimal supervision. ·
Thrives in a fast-paced, highly productive, and collaborative environment. ·
Strong organizational skills. ·
Ability to learn quickly with a result-driven mentality. ·
Aptitude for technology and the ability to connect and translate concepts. ·
Flexibility to travel 10%.
