We are hiring a

Sales and Marketing Intern

to support our business development efforts and grow our social media presence. You will bring enthusiasm, a willingness to learn, and a proactive attitude to support our outreach efforts and enhance our social media presence, contributing to the overall growth of our organization.

What are we looking for? As a crucial part of our growing team, you will assist in optimizing our social media presence and growing our outreach to potential podcast partners and providers. If you are proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced startup environment, then this role is for you!

The Sales and Marketing Intern responsibilities include: HubSpot Management: Add new practices to HubSpot and maintain up-to-date information to increase outreach efforts to potential partners. Podcast Research & Outreach: Identify potential podcasts for outreach and assist in establishing connections to broaden our audience. Field Visits: Join team members on visits to practices (OBGYNs, fertility clinics, and pediatricians) in person (if applicable) and order food for any scheduled lunches with providers. Follow-Up Tasks: Handle follow-up emails and manage faxing tasks to ensure smooth communication with partners and practices. Social Media Support: Assist in creating engaging content and captions that align with our business objectives for platforms like TikTok and Instagram Competitor Research: Conduct research on competitors to gather insights that inform our business development strategies. Online Engagement: Actively engage on social media platforms by responding to comments and participating in discussions to strengthen relationships with our online community.

Qualifications: Currently pursuing a degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related discipline. Strong interest in business development and digital marketing. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced startup environment. Passion for women’s healthcare, maternal health, and mental health, with a desire to contribute to meaningful change.
