As a Senior Product Marketing Manager for EA Mobile, you will lead the Product Marketing and Marketing Strategy efforts for one of EA Mobile’s top games or franchises. You will develop go-to-market strategies and drive collaboration across internal teams and external partners to achieve business goals. In close partnership with EA Mobile game studios, as well as Growth leaders across User Acquisition, Marketing Creative, Market Research, Data Science, Communications, and Platform Marketing, your marketing campaigns will increase player acquisition, retention, and engagement. Finally, you will serve as Growth’s point person managing our most vital strategic partnership with our studio teams. This role will report to the Director of Product Marketing. Responsibilities: Own and deliver the marketing strategy for your title or franchise. Align strategy with financial plans, product roadmaps, and audience insights to launch new games and scale existing in-market titles. Drive marketability validation and optimization for EA Mobile games from incubation to launch and throughout their lifecycle. Build relationships with leaders focused on your titles including User Acquisition, Marketing Creative, Data Science, Franchise Brand Marketing, Communications, Regional Marketing, and Platform Marketing to meet a common goal. Create data-driven marketing strategies to capture target audiences and increase market share. Build “test-measure-learn” into all campaign strategies to connect activations to measurable results and goals. Collaborate with Finance and studio to build financial models and business cases for marketing campaigns. Develop a framework for omni-channel go-to-market campaigns that expand the reach of our products and live services. Conduct market research of the mobile games market as well as for new and existing EA titles and apply these insights to Product Marketing’s strategies and campaigns. Collaborate with studio to develop roadmaps that align with acquisition, engagement, and growth strategies. Partner with Studio and Creative to inform our creative strategy and produce key assets. Partner with finance and operations on budget management for brand programs. Qualifications: Knowledge of and/or deep passion for mobile gaming. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in business or related field. 5+ years of experience in mobile marketing, product marketing, or brand marketing. Analytical marketer who can translate data into actionable insights. Experience managing a cross-functional team. Integrated Marketing experience including paid, owned, and organic channels. Experience with influencer marketing. Compensation and Benefits: The ranges listed below are what EA in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in these locations at the time of this posting. Pay offered will be determined based on a number of relevant business and candidate factors (e.g., education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, or business needs). $107,600 - $147,100 CAD $122,400 - $176,300 USD $131,000 - $174,800 USD $115,700 - $147,800 USD Minnesota (depending on location e.g. Minneapolis vs Saint Paul): $115,700 - $147,800 USD Jersey City, NJ: $142,000 - $176,300 USD New York (depending on location e.g. Manhattan vs. Buffalo): $115,700 - $176,300 USD Washington (depending on location e.g. Seattle vs. Spokane): $115,700 - $163,100 USD Base salary is just one part of the overall compensation at EA. In the US, we offer a package of benefits including paid time off (3 weeks per year to start), 80 hours per year of sick time, 16 paid company holidays per year, 10 weeks paid time off to bond with baby, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity. For British Columbia, we offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, paid top-up to EI/QPIP benefits up to 100% of base salary when you welcome a new child (12 weeks for maternity, and 4 weeks for parental/adoption leave), extended health/dental/vision coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plan to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
