We`re building a more open world. Join us. Segment Marketing (CRM) Senior Manager We create and deliver an aligned, dedicated marketing strategy to fuel each Expedia Group brand's success. Since our travelers interact with us through our brands, we have a brand focus in our marketing, while leveraging the scale and efficiency we`ve built in functional expertise. The Traveler Engagement and Loyalty (TEaL) team builds relationships with travelers, driving engagement and loyalty by providing value through the ownership of the loyalty program, targeted CRM, and our co-branded credit card program. We seek a passionate and driven CRM professional to join our Traveler Engagement and Loyalty (TEaL) team. The Segment Marketing (CRM) Senior Manager is responsible for delivering email, push notifications, in-product placements, and landing pages. They will also play a cross-team role in delivering our co-branded credit card goals. In this role, you will:
Partner closely with internal credit card teams to create targeted campaigns and broader cross-TEaL initiatives that drive more credit card applications and retention. Leverage insights and cross-segment learnings to identify opportunities and develop strategies for complex and innovative campaigns to drive key objectives. Own our signal-driven credit card communications, as well as cross-campaign placements. Prioritize which opportunities to pursue through business casing. Be responsible for quarterly strategic plans to drive key objectives, working closely with relevant teams. Sign off on test designs and final creative before send. Be accountable for core KPIs and communication with senior leadership. Influence our capability roadmap to enhance our campaigns. Experience and qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or any other related fields; or equivalent related professional experience. A minimum of 6 years of experience in a CRM role, preferably with a lifecycle focus, in the e-commerce and/or online marketing space. Experience working with co-branded credit cards is a plus but not required. Ability to collaborate with creative and marketing partners to develop innovative marketing campaigns. Ability to influence across teams and partners. Highly attentive to detail in dealing with complex projects and time-sensitive initiatives. Proficient in the use of MS Office (Experience with Jira, Tableau, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or other communication tools are all a plus). The total cash range for this position in Seattle is $155,000 to $217,000. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $248,000, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role. Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual`s knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
