We are seeking a visionary and results-oriented Vice President of Engineering to lead our engineering team of 50+ talented individuals. In this critical role, you will be responsible for the overall technical strategy, architecture, and execution of our product roadmap. As the Vice President of Engineering, you will: Lead, inspire, and mentor a high-performing engineering team of 50+ engineers, including managers, architects, and individual contributors. Collaborate closely with the executive team to define and execute the overall technology strategy, aligning engineering efforts with business objectives. Champion a culture of technical excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement within the engineering organization. Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment that values diverse perspectives and encourages professional growth. Work on exciting, high-impact projects that directly contribute to the success of our platform and business strategy. What You'll Achieve Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from ideation and design to development, testing, deployment, and maintenance. Drive the implementation of innovative software solutions using clean architecture principles and modern frameworks, languages, and platforms. Define and implement engineering best practices, coding standards, and architectural principles. Provide technical leadership and guidance on system architecture, design patterns, and technology selection. Ensure the development of scalable, secure, and maintainable software systems that can support future growth. Establish and track key engineering metrics to measure team performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive data-driven decisions. Present key technical concepts and updates to C-suite executives and stakeholders. Partner with DevOps and infrastructure teams to ensure smooth and efficient deployment and operation of software systems. Who You Are Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus. Minimum of 10 years in software engineering leadership roles, managing teams of 50+ engineers. Strong technical background with deep understanding of software development methodologies, architectural patterns, and best practices. Hands-on experience with modern UI frameworks such as Angular and React, and languages like Java. Proven ability to define and execute a clear technology vision and strategy aligned with business objectives. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience implementing them in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams. Data-driven mindset with experience utilizing metrics to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and make informed decisions. Pay Range: $176,250 - $293,750 Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon, but not limited to the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location and application employment laws.
