Vice President
of Growth Marketing, you will be responsible for driving the vision, leadership, and executive functions required to propel the company’s revenue and customer growth. You will be supporting direct acquisition, brand development, product innovation, and customer experience to build long-term brand equity and sustainable revenue growth. This is a Full-time salaried position reporting to the President of the company. Who You Are
You have a track record of exceeding goals successfully. You are a decisive and action-oriented thinker, utilizing modern business objective criteria for decision making. You possess a repeatable track record of navigating the financial, legal, technological, and compliance implications of a given revenue decision. You possess an uncanny and proven ability to anticipate future trends and implications accurately. What You Have:
10+ years of leadership experience. Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau), and marketing automation systems. Proven track record of developing and executing multi-channel growth strategies for a scaling D2C business. Experience managing P&L responsibility for $30MM–$100MM in revenue, delivering profitable growth while maintaining operational efficiency. Strong background in the nutraceutical, health, or wellness industry, with expertise in brand development and customer acquisition. What You’ll Get To Do:
