They are looking for an experienced Marketing Director to lead branding, strategy, and communication efforts in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This is a direct-hire opportunity to make a significant impact on a growing firm.

Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to elevate brand awareness Oversee digital marketing, content creation, social media, PR, and traditional marketing efforts Collaborate with business development and executive teams to align marketing initiatives with growth objectives Lead website and SEO enhancements to improve digital visibility Manage marketing budgets, track ROI, and analyze campaign performance Create compelling marketing materials, case studies, and proposals to support client acquisition Represent the company at networking events, trade shows, and industry functions What You Need To Succeed
7+ years of marketing experience, preferably in construction, architecture, or real estate Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams and external agencies Expertise in digital marketing, SEO, social media, and CRM platforms Exceptional writing, communication, and storytelling abilities Proficiency in graphic design tools (Adobe Suite, Canva) is a plus Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment What’s In It For You
