POSITION DESCRIPTION As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will manage our paid media budget, meet targets with efficient campaigns, manage our paid digital agency relationship and grow direct to consumer sales. You are responsible for all things paid, including supporting the marketing calendar with digital campaigns, creative brief development, reporting and QBR’s. The role sits within our direct to consumer team and works closely with merchandising, creative, retail teams and reports to the Sr Director of Direct to Consumer & Digital Growth. PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and implement a comprehensive DTC growth strategy aligned with brand values and business objectives across e-commerce, retail, and corporate gifting channels. Oversee and manage the P&L for DTC sales, ensuring profitability and effective budget allocation. Drive efficient revenue growth while maintaining healthy margins. Optimize and manage e-commerce platform, focusing on user experience, conversion rate optimization, and performance analytics. Identify and drive retail expansion opportunities to increase in-store sales and enhance the customer experience. Develop innovative strategies to boost retail performance. Leverage data-driven insights to drive customer acquisition, retention, and engagement through targeted campaigns, loyalty programs, and CRM initiatives. Work cross-functionally with guest experience, marketing, creative, and supply chain teams to ensure successful product launches and promotional campaigns. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and optimize strategies. Provide regular performance reports and actionable insights to leadership. Requirements: SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS 5 years experience in paid channel marketing Proficiency in digital advertising platforms including meta business suite, google ad manager, trade desk Ability to write creative briefs and develop engaging ads Manage agency relationships In-depth analytics and data interpretation Excellent communication skills Strong attention to detail Ability to multi-task and self-prioritize Punctual, driven, and motivated Benefits:
