The Senior ERP Software Developer uses a wide application of principles, theories, and technology concepts related to Human Resource and Payroll and/or Supply Chain and/or Finance and/or nurse scheduling and/or IS business processes and ERP systems to develop solutions to a diverse array of difficult problems. This role has a focus in report development using Oracle Fusion Application and Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence. May lead medium project and work teams and will work on a number of complex development projects. Develop or enhance existing or proposed systems and devices. Mentors and assists others in support of applications, projects, and goals. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Information Services, Engineering, Commerce or equivalent education/experience. 5 years Application design, development, implementation and/or maintenance of one or more of the following large scale Enterprise Resource Planning systems - Oracle Cloudsuite FSCM and HCM, Oracle EBS/EPM (Hyperion, etc.) Applications, PeopleSoft, Workday. 2 years Demonstrated ability to successfully execute medium to complex projects; methodologies related to application management such as system deployment, support, and life cycle. Preferred Qualifications: Master's Degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Information Services, Engineering, Commerce or equivalent education/experience. 2 years experience with implementation or support of Oracle Cloud Suite (HCM, Payroll, Supply Chain and/or Finance) is highly desired. 2 years experience with large scale business transformation and ERP system implementation projects with scope spanning multiple regions and/or geographies and business process areas.
