We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented, hands-on Creative Project Manager to support the creation of content within North America Stores Creative. This role is instrumental in delivering engaging experiences for our customers and creating bar-raising creative in conjunction with our creative and marketing partners. This candidate should be comfortable working cross-functionally, managing project timelines, and ensuring deadlines are met while working with marketing partners to adjust schedules when needed. They should be comfortable leading internal and agency-produced work and being the key project driver with internal stakeholders. The perfect candidate thrives in an environment of continuous planning and innovation, always pursuing excellence. They lead with confidence, fostering open communication while maintaining respect for differing viewpoints. They will be an expert communicator, adept at engaging all levels of contributors and working with different types of creative professionals and creative outputs. They should be solutions-driven in the face of ambiguity. Key Job Responsibilities

Manage multiple parallel projects working with designers, writers, developers, business leaders, and external vendors. Manage end-to-end process and mechanisms for content creation including defining prioritization criteria, schedules, stages and gates, and stakeholders’ roles and responsibilities. Ensure all deliverables meet business partner expectations, including adherence to established timelines and budgets. Uphold standards and best practices methods. Ensure the creative team focuses on priority projects, knows the project vision, objectives, and requirements. Collect and synthesize input from stakeholders and share with the creative team. Communicate to the creative team project status, flagging and troubleshooting potential issues. Create, maintain, and disseminate project information to stakeholders and senior management. Remove roadblocks, disambiguate situations that impede designers and other stakeholders' improvements where relevant. On-board and manage external vendor resources. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements Experience building and optimizing multiple, simultaneous marketing campaigns Experience managing or working within cross-functional marketing and creative teams PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
