The Marketing Lead team is focused on generating incremental demand for CE products, improving operational efficiency, and raising the bar for the CE customer experience. We seek a high-performing, innovative, and results-oriented Manager, Senior Product Marketing to lead our Product Marketing team. In this role, you will drive customer engagement, product adoption, and vendor partnerships across the Amazon CE business. The ideal candidate will be an experienced marketing leader who can think strategically and execute flawlessly. You'll need to be an effective thought leader and strong communicator who can earn trust with stakeholders across multiple teams, and coach your team to do the same. Success in this role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment. Key job responsibilities

Lead the product marketing team to execute the CE Marketing 2025 operational plan Track, measure and report on channel results, contributing to business reviews regularly Present strategy, learnings and recommendations to senior leadership Work with partner teams to develop strategic partnerships for CE brands through merchandising strategies to drive enjoyable customer shopping journeys Identify customer insights and leverage data to optimize marketing strategies and performance Oversee branded product activations and category marketing flips that generate customer excitement and sales Lead high-impact seasonal events and "high velocity" sales periods like Prime Day and Black Friday Partner with tech teams to enhance the customer shopping experiences BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

8+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience Experience managing teams Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables) Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

The base pay for this position ranges from $141,400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $233,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
