This role involves creating, developing, and implementing a digital commercial strategy that aligns with the overall business strategy. The Director will collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to create and distribute compelling content across multiple digital touchpoints and throughout our customer buying cycle. Job Scope and Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a digital strategic vision that aligns with the business goals. Centralize digital expertise, processes, and resources for the division, working within the IFF digital ecosystem—including websites, social media, lead generation, and marketing automation. Liaise and collaborate with the corporate Marketing COE to establish cross-divisional digital guidelines, governance, and best practices. Maintain the Health & Biosciences social media playbook, including channel strategy, cadence, campaign recommendations, and KPIs. Manage internal and external resources to maintain the editorial calendar and processes for content development, approvals, and publishing. Manage social moderation of our owned channels, including crisis escalation scripts and guidelines. Develop reporting dashboards for our outbound content and ongoing listening campaigns, ensuring positive brand sentiment. Oversee and improve the end-to-end digital customer journey and ensure exceptional experiences at every touchpoint. Champion best-in-class customer experience through use of marketing automation programs, lead/campaign management processes, and advanced lead nurturing, ABM, and other 1-to-1 digital marketing initiatives. Design and execute end-to-end customer journey mapping, utilizing website analytics, CRM, marketing automation, and other performance tracking technologies, to provide a complete customer view and measure marketing ROI. Design and implement a top-tier website content strategy and framework for H&B within the IFF digital web ecosystem. Oversee the management of vendor partners and internal resources, optimizing both day-to-day content development and ongoing technical/functional upgrades. Develop guidelines, training materials, and ongoing consultation for the development and execution of digital content marketing campaigns across the division. Collaborate with IT, marketing, regulatory, and other departments to integrate digital solutions into the company's overall operational and commercial strategies. Develop and maintain technical knowledge of emerging technologies to play a proactive role in proposing strategic tools and approaches that enable better digital experiences for H&B's primary audiences. Define and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital experience initiatives to assess their impact on customer engagement and business outcomes. Stay abreast of digital trends, user experience design best practices, and emerging technologies to improve our digital offerings continuously. Ensure digital initiatives comply with regulatory, usability, and data privacy standards, and are adaptable to multicultural environments. Required Skills/Abilities Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including public speaking and presentations. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Efficient time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
