As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will be instrumental in advancing our digital marketing initiatives. This role is essential for scaling paid digital campaigns while optimizing for cost-effective user acquisition. You will have the chance to influence our online brand presence, generate quantifiable results, and extend our reach in the education sector. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and optimize SEM campaigns, focusing on budget management, bid strategies, and creative asset efficacy. Lead initiatives to enhance paid digital channels, ensuring efficient acquisition costs while maximizing return on investment. Develop, implement, and assess AB testing strategies to identify growth opportunities and optimize performance. Analyze target demographics and curate compelling messaging to bolster paid social media campaign results. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product and Marketing, to design promotional campaigns aligned with seasonal trends. Contribute to organic social media strategies by generating innovative ideas to enhance authentic engagement on platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube, and LinkedIn. Enhance CRM systems by designing and implementing email journeys and notifications to foster user engagement and retention. Required Skills: 5+ years of practical experience in performance marketing. Proven track record in managing extensive SEM campaigns (100,000+ keywords). Strong analytical capabilities with a focus on data-driven decision-making and optimization. Self-starter with a collaborative spirit, adaptable to a dynamic work environment. Familiarity with CRM platforms; experience with Iterable is an added advantage. Background in B2C sectors, such as e-commerce, membership marketing, or direct response marketing. Qualifications: A demonstrated ability to achieve measurable results through effective performance marketing strategies. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
