Responsabilidades / Responsibilities The Digital Marketing Specialist, Websites and Content – B2B is responsible for the day-to-day management of websites, content, data and assets across Bridgestone West regions (North America and EMEA). This position will work cross-functionally in support of key brands, including Bridgestone and Firestone to ensure timely execution of the digital marketing and customer experience strategy and initiatives. The teammate will be primarily responsible to support business objectives for both commercial tire brands and B2B fleet care solutions across Bridgestone West, but work may also include support for consumer tire. Responsible for day-to-day management of Bridgestone and Firestone B2B tire and fleet care digital platforms, specifically focused on websites and supporting infrastructure across North America and EMEA. Build relationships with a variety of internal stakeholders to effectively manage and enhance website content and user experience. Work collaboratively with agency resources to guide workstreams in alignment with strategic needs and brand guidelines to support on-time website deployments for commercial websites, including UX, creative, development, QA, and publishing. Study insights from analytics and other teams/functions to identify and optimize key moments in the customer journey for critical customer segments. Manage content authoring and publishing for commercial websites across the West and for commercial initiatives such as product launches. Participate in content audits and develop content backlog and editorial calendar to continually improve customer experience. Ensure location and product data is accurate and processes are followed as documented by cross-functional teams. Support Enterprise DAM program for Digital Center of Excellence and supported B2B businesses, including ensuring metadata accuracy, adherence to process, and new user setup and training. Requisitos / Qualifications 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing and/or website and digital platform ownership. Advanced CMS, DAM systems. C1 English. At least 1 year in current position. (internal candidates) Note: All internal candidates must inform and get approval from their direct leaders about the interest of being part of the process. Desired experience Experience working with advanced CMS and DAM systems (Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe Assets experience preferred but not required). Solid project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a highly dynamic environment and adjust priorities as necessary. Strong communication skills – verbal, written and listening – and ability to communicate project-related deadlines and achievements to peers, stakeholders and leaders across businesses. Experience with best-in-class digital marketing and website UX strategies and activities. Strong interpersonal skills, a team player and ability to work successfully with a wide range of stakeholders.
