Head of Marketing
to lead and build our brand’s marketing efforts. As a tequila startup that has been growing for the past two years, we need someone with alcohol marketing experience who is comfortable working independently and taking initiative. This is a hands-on role that will shape the future of Luna Nueva’s marketing and PR efforts.

Develop and execute marketing initiatives with our retail partners. Create and manage discount programs for Total Wine, liquor stores, and delivery platforms like Postmates, Uber Eats, and DoorDash. Organize and lead bartender competitions, including creating the competition concept, securing prizes, and coordinating with bartenders at our partner accounts. Secure media coverage for our brand and competitions in industry publications and magazines. Generate creative strategies to drive both in-person and online sales. Design and oversee the production of decals for window displays, floor decals, and shelf decals in retail stores. Create signage and branded materials for bars and restaurants to enhance visibility and brand presence. Who You’ll Report To & How You’ll Work This role reports directly to the CEO & head of sales, but you will be your own boss when it comes to day-to-day responsibilities. While you will receive assigned tasks, we are looking for someone who can take initiative, think independently, and create opportunities to grow the brand. Since Luna Nueva has never had a full marketing department, you will be building this from the ground up—so creativity, problem-solving, and a proactive mindset are essential. What We’re Looking For:
Experience in alcohol marketing (required). A self-starter who can build and execute marketing strategies from the ground up. Someone who is comfortable working independently and taking ownership of marketing initiatives. Strong communication skills and the ability to work with retail partners, bartenders, and media outlets.
