currently has an opportunity for a Marketing Manager, Portfolio Strategy, Clinical Chemistry Global Marketing. What You’ll Work On Direct development of marketing programs. Assess existing and potential markets, new opportunities, product life cycle planning, market research, and technical product development. Develop product strategies, promotional activities, product launch, pricing, and segmentation. Provide technical sales support, product advertising/promotion, planning and analysis, and develop multiple channel programs. Coordinate financial planning processes including long-range planning, updates, and portfolio assessments. Address broad business implications including healthcare environment, regulatory dynamics, and customer needs. Develop and execute product line strategies. Participate in strategic and financial planning/forecasting. Recruit, coach, and develop organizational talent. Foster a diverse workplace. Keep strategic intent at the forefront of planning and decision-making. Build strategic partnerships. Monitor compliance with company policies and regulations. Develop and adjust annual budgets. Provide leadership and guidance to staff. Create plans to achieve objectives set by top management. Make decisions regarding work processes to achieve program objectives. Required Qualifications: Bachelors in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and work experience. A minimum of 8 years of Brand management, marketing, market research experience or related work experience. Will perform this job in a quality system environment. Failure to adequately perform tasks can result in non-compliance with governmental regulations. Develops and/or identifies new work processes and the improved utilization of human and material resources within the assigned or related functions or groups. Facilitates others' participation in the continuous improvement program. Investigates and solves problems that impact work processes and personnel within or across units or departments. Develops and communicates a vision for the organizational unit assigned. Preferred Qualifications: MBA preferred.
