Content Creator

Position Summary:
The Content Creator will be responsible for developing, producing, and managing a variety of high-quality content across digital platforms, including social media, websites, blogs, and video. This role is ideal for a creative storyteller with a strong understanding of content strategy, audience engagement, and brand messaging.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and produce engaging content, including written, visual, and video materials for social media, websites, blogs, and email campaigns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align content with company goals, campaigns, and branding strategies.
  • Write compelling, SEO-optimized copy for blogs, articles, and website content to attract and engage target audiences.
  • Design and produce graphics, photography, and short-form videos that support marketing initiatives.
  • Plan, manage, and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely delivery.
  • Monitor and analyze content performance metrics to refine strategies and improve engagement.
  • Stay current with industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in content marketing and digital storytelling.
  • Work with external vendors, partners, and collaborators when necessary to produce content.
  • Ensure all content aligns with the companys voice, tone, and branding guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency with content creation tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar tools.
  • No college degree required we value creativity, experience, and a passion for content marketing over formal education.
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices and analytics tools for measuring content performance.
  • Experience managing social media platforms and scheduling tools.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with photography, videography, and video editing tools.
  • Familiarity with website management tools.
  • Knowledge of email marketing tools.
  • Understanding of digital advertising and paid media strategies.
