Job Responsibilities

Content Creation: Be a driving force behind our corporate storytelling, brand journalism and creative content production. From short- and long-form articles to thought leadership pieces, video content, podcasts and social media copy, you'll create engaging content that resonates with our audiences.

Brand Consistency: Ensure all digital content aligns with our cohesive brand voice and style, including imagery, design, video and social assets.

Data-Driven Insights: Monitor, measure and analyze user data to provide insights and recommendations that advance our KPIs. Knowledge of Google Analytics is a plus!

Project Management: Hit timelines and project deadlines while working with legal, clinical, HR and internal subject matter experts to secure necessary approvals.

Content Publishing: Take charge of publishing content via our content management systems and optimize our website for maximum visibility.

Digital Strategy: Provide technical guidance and support for our digital strategy, platform approach and timing on corporate communications channels.

Performance Analysis: Analyze, report and provide insights on communications effectiveness, audience feedback and channel engagement.

Collaborative Spirit: You'll work closely with colleagues inside and outside the Communications function, including Media Relations, Pharmacy & U.S. Healthcare, IT and agency counterparts. Your ability to coordinate and collaborate will be key to our success.

External Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree and at least 2 years of experience in a digital content role, preferably in multi-platform environments with a broad range of content styles including long-form, short-form and social media posts OR a High School Diploma/GED and at least 5 years of experience in a digital content role, preferably in multi-platform environments with a broad range of content styles including long-form, short-form and social media posts.

Experience with writing and editing in AP style, and with content management systems for digitalcontent production.

Experience in web analytics and knowledge of how data guides content creation and strategy.

Experience in planning, organizing and managing resources to achieve project goals and objectives.

Experience leading and completing multiple projects on deadline.

At least 1 year of direct leadership, indirect leadership and/or cross-functional team leadership.

Willing to travel up to 5% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state)
Preferred Qualifications:

Degree: Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, English, Creative Writing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.

Writing Skills: Excellent writing and editing skills with a flair for creating engaging content.

Team Management: Experience in the indirect management of team members, including development, training, and assignment of work/projects.
