Maximus has raised $15M from top Silicon Valley VCs such as Founders Fund and 8VC as well as leading angel investors/operators from companies like Bulletproof, Tinder, Coinbase, Daily Stoic, & Shopify.

Maximus is looking for a Brand & Creative Marketing Manager to lead our brand marketing efforts. This individual will be responsible for shaping how we communicate with our audience through paid and earned channels (think social media, podcasts, and in the future, TV) ensuring that every message inspires, drives interest, and builds trust in our brand. The ideal candidate will have a deep curiosity about health and how people make personal health decisions. You will be responsible for developing the brand, owning seasonal campaigns, and collaborating on product launches. This role reports to the Head of Marketing, who will provide hands-on management and support your career growth.

The ideal candidate will have the following experience:

Influencer Marketing

  • Identify, engage, and manage 20-50 influencers at a time, building long-term relationships that drive brand awareness and customer acquisition.

  • Pitch influencers and negotiate deals, prioritizing in-kind product exchanges for marketing assets that can be repurposed for organic and paid marketing.

  • Guide influencers through multiple iterations of creative development to ensure their assets align with brand guidelines and messaging.

  • Track influencer performance, analyze ROI, and optimize partnership strategies based on data-driven insights.

Organic Community Marketing

  • Develop and execute strategies to seed brand-positive conversations within Reddit, Facebook Groups, and other community-driven platforms.

  • Build relationships with community moderators and active members to foster advocacy and trust.

  • Create incentives for existing customers to share their experiences and success stories publicly.

  • Monitor and respond to discussions, ensuring brand representation aligns with key messaging.

Creative Project Management

  • Collaborate with designers, videographers, and motion graphic artists to create compelling ad creatives for paid social, organic social, affiliate marketing, email, and web channels.

  • Manage the end-to-end creative production process, ensuring timely delivery of 30+ creative assets per month.

  • Coordinate feedback loops to refine creative direction and improve asset performance.

Social Media Community Management

  • Develop and execute strategies to grow TikTok and Instagram followings through engaging content and community interactions.

  • Engage with followers, respond to comments, and build brand affinity on social platforms.

  • Identify trends and leverage viral opportunities to enhance brand visibility.

Your first 90 days
  1. Speak to 20 customers, conduct a customer survey, and evaluate customer data. Establish brand fundamentals by leveraging your learnings.

  2. Audit all brand assets across marketing and product and implement improvements.

  3. Develop a marketing calendar that prepares for key seasonal spikes and lulls. The calendar will be key for developing predictable revenue.

Who You Are
  • 2-4 years of experience in influencer marketing, community engagement, social media management, or creative project management.

  • Strong understanding of digital communities, particularly Reddit, Facebook Groups, TikTok, and Instagram.

  • Proven ability to identify, pitch, and manage influencer relationships at scale.

Experience working with creative teams to develop high-impact marketing assets.

Compensation Range: $80K - $130K
