Role: Graphics Designer
Location: Baton Rouge, LA Duration: Long Term Contract
Position Overview: Graphics Designer
to support and developing high-quality visual content. The ideal candidate will have a strong design background, proficiency in graphic design software, and the ability to create compelling graphics for logos, websites, and various digital and print materials.
Key Responsibilities: Advise the agency on strategies to effectively reach target audiences through design. Develop and create visually appealing graphics, including logos and website elements. Select colors, images, typography, and layouts to enhance design impact. Present design concepts to the State and incorporate feedback into final designs. Utilize specialized graphic design software to produce high-quality visuals. Ensure all materials adhere to branding guidelines and meet quality standards. Plan and design site layouts, ensuring functionality and user-friendly navigation. Manage multiple design projects and meet strict deadlines. Required Qualifications:
Minimum
9 years of experience
in graphic design. Proficiency in industry-standard graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent). Strong understanding of branding, color accuracy, and design quality control. Ability to work collaboratively and adapt designs based on feedback. Excellent time management skills to meet project deadlines. Bachelor's degree in any field
