Key Responsibilities: • User Experience (UX) Design • Lead UX research, including user interviews, usability testing, and data-driven design decisions. • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs that align with user needs and business objectives. • Optimize information architecture and interaction design for seamless digital experiences. • Advocate for accessibility and inclusivity in design. • Collaborate with developers to ensure design feasibility and smooth implementation. • Creative Direction • Leadership • Define and maintain a consistent brand identity across all digital platforms. • Provide creative direction for design teams, ensuring cohesive visual storytelling and UX execution. • Manage and mentor designers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. • Oversee the creation of marketing assets, product UI, and content to align with the brand vision. • Strategy • Collaboration • Work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align design strategies with business goals. • Translate complex problems into elegant, user-friendly solutions. • Stay updated with the latest UX/UI trends, design tools, and emerging technologies. • Present design concepts and strategies to executives and key stakeholders.
