OPPORTUNITIES

We are looking for a Graphic Designer to join our Lodging Capital Markets Team.

RESPONSIBILITIES Design real estate transaction brochures, offering memorandums and pitch books Produce site plans, label aerials, re-touch photos, logos Design collateral material (e.g. site tour books, landing page graphics) Design invitations and collateral for special projects Coordinate photography and video shoots for deals/projects Be able to work well with outside vendors including rendering companies and videographers Review materials, including making edits and appropriate adjustments based on internal and external feedback Production knowledge is a plus SKILLS, EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

College degree Minimum of one-year graphic design work experience Working knowledge of appropriate software (Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, specifically InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Power Point) Technical and creative proficiency working in Adobe Creative Suite on Macintosh OS X QUALIFICATIONS

Professional experience working with print medium is highly preferred. Experience working in a corporate environment, real-estate or finance industries are a plus. Ideal candidate will have excellent oral and written communication skills. Ideal candidate will be adept at multi-tasking and be accustomed to working in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
