ACMS is seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing Coordinator to join our team! As our Marketing Coordinator, you will work both independently and collaboratively to implement marketing initiatives. Core responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Responsibilities
- Copywriting: Develop and refine marketing materials, including job-sheets, SOQs, brochures, and presentations.
- Proposal Support: Provide heavy administrative support to the RFP/proposal process, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
- Website Management: Collaborate with the Business Development Manager and IT on updates to the company website, ensuring content is current, consistent and engaging.
- Social Media: Develop social media calendar, sharing engaging content and overseeing company accounts.
- Document Preparation: Prepare, format, and edit a range of documents including resumes, org charts, business cards, and presentations.
- Event Support: Organize and support leadership for company and community outreach events.
- Awards Submission: Submit applications for company, industry, and individual awards.
- Representation: Represent ACMS at industry, association, and community-outreach meetings and events.
- Internal Communication: Share marketing-related information with ACMS employees including the preparation of monthly newsletter and announcements.
- File Maintenance and Documentation: Maintain marketing records, data, and calendar of events. Includes ongoing support in the implementation and maintenance of company SharePoint.
- Minimum of (3) three years or equivalent marketing experience.
- Extensive experience with MS Office Suite.
- Proficiency in Canva and other marketing software.
- Strong understanding of website management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to effectively interact and collaborate with a wide variety of people both in and outside of the organization.
- Solid organizational skills and the ability to effectively manage workload to meet deadlines.
- Discretion and the ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive data.
- A valid drivers license and good driving record. Local travel may be required.
- Experience in the Architecture, Engineering, Construction industry.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
- Hybrid Schedule, must be able to work from our Portland, OR office 3 days per week.
