The role will involve working closely with external partners, internal teams, and stakeholders to ensure seamless social media campaign execution. This position is ideal for a candidate with strong project management skills, experience in collaborating with influencers or media partners, and a thorough understanding of social media tools and trends. Key Responsibilities : Execute and oversee social media strategies in coordination with the marketing team and external partners to support auctions, sales, and events. Manage day-to-day operations of social media accounts, ensuring consistent posting, monitoring, and engagement. Work closely with influencers, media partners, and collaborators to amplify auction events and key initiatives. Coordinate social media advertising campaigns, including paid promotions, in collaboration with digital marketing agencies or internal resources. Ensure social media efforts are aligned with overall marketing objectives and brand messaging. Collaborate with departments across the company, including the creative, marketing, and auction teams, to ensure cohesive and strategic social media presence. Monitor social media performance and analytics, and provide reports and insights to stakeholders. Respond to community inquiries, comments, and direct messages in a timely and professional manner, escalating issues when necessary. Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in social media management, focusing on execution and partnerships, preferably in the arts, auction, or luxury sectors. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and partnerships simultaneously. Proficient in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter (X), LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube). Experience with social media management tools and platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer). Excellent organizational and collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to analyze social media metrics and translate data into actionable insights. Knowledge of the auction industry or a passion for arts and collectibles is a plus. Benefits : Competitive salary.
