About the Role:
As the Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for driving Cenegenics’ digital presence and engagement across social media platforms. You will take ownership of social media strategy, content creation, and performance tracking to ensure that our brand remains dynamic and relevant. Your work will directly contribute to brand awareness, audience growth, and lead generation efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a data-driven social media strategy focused on engaging, high-quality, and visually appealing social media content aligning with Cenegenics’ brand and audience personas.
- Create and publish timely and relevant content (posts, graphics, stories, videos, etc.) tailored across social media channels, including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X (Twitter), and TikTok.
- Revamp and enhance Cenegenics’ social media presence by leveraging existing messaging, brand assets, and creative materials.
- Plan and manage a content calendar and identify viral content opportunities and create quick-turnaround content that resonates with target audiences.
- Actively engage with followers by responding to comments, messages and messages in real-time. Monitor brand sentiment, conversations and identify opportunities to foster engagement.
- Implement social media listening and growth strategies to expand reach, engagement, and follower count.
- Analyze key performance metrics, adjust strategies accordingly, and ensure marketing attribution aligns with campaign goals.
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to align social content with broader digital campaigns and brand positioning.
- Assist in planning and executing paid social media campaigns to drive awareness, engagement and conversions, optimizing campaigns as needed for better ROI.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, platform updates, and algorithm changes to maximize content visibility.
What you Bring to the Table:
- 4+ years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing, with a proven ability to create engaging, high-performing content.
- Strong design and creative skills, with experience using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.
- Deep understanding of what makes content viral, with a track record of growing social media audiences and increasing engagement.
- Excellent writing skills with the ability to craft compelling, on-brand content.
- Ability to work autonomously, generate new ideas, and adapt quickly to changing trends.
- Experience optimizing social content for different platforms and audiences.
- Knowledge of social media analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Sprout Social, etc.) and marketing attribution methodologies.
- Strong grasp of digital marketing, brand strategy, and storytelling through visuals and copy.
- Video editing skills (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut) are a plus.
- Background in healthcare, wellness, or technology sectors is a plus.
