About the Role

As an SEO Analyst at BisectHosting, you will play a pivotal role in improving our organic search rankings, increasing website traffic, and optimizing conversion rates. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to address SEO and SEM challenges while implementing strategies to enhance our online presence. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, expertise in search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM), and the ability to drive data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor, analyze, and report on key SEO performance metrics, including organic traffic, conversion rates, and search rankings.
• Conduct comprehensive keyword research and analysis to identify new optimization opportunities.
• Identify technical SEO issues, including site speed, crawl errors, and mobile-friendliness.
• Develop and execute link-building strategies to improve domain authority and enhance backlink profiles.
• Collaborate with UX and development teams to address SEO-related user experience (UX) challenges.
• Work closely with partners and the marketing team to optimize existing and new content for SEO and SEM purposes.
• Perform competitor analysis to evaluate SEO strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities, translating insights into actionable strategies.
• Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices to keep BisectHosting’s SEO strategies competitive.

Requirements:

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as an SEO Analyst or in a similar role.
• Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive strategic decisions.
• Excellent communication skills with experience collaborating across departments, including development, design, and marketing teams.
• Expertise in keyword research, competitor analysis, and on-page/off-page SEO strategies.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in SaaS, tech, or web hosting industries.
• Familiarity with Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, and other technical SEO tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies.
• Hands-on experience in developing and executing link-building campaigns.
