Oxefit Inc is hiring: Lead UI/UX Designer in Plano

Salary Range: Based on experience

We are seeking a Lead UX/UI Designer to craft exceptional user experiences for AI-driven fitness

devices and mobile applications. This role requires a deep understanding of AI product UX, fitness

user journey, and mobile interface design. You'll be responsible for creating intuitive, user-centric

designs that enhance engagement and usability.

Essential Functions:

● Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces for AI-driven fitness mobile apps.

● Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma.

● Develop user stories, workflows, and journey maps to ensure seamless user experiences.

● Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to drive design

decisions.

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product managers, developers, data scientists)

to align design with business goals.

● Optimize existing designs based on user feedback, usability testing, and analytics.

● Ensure consistency across all platforms (mobile, web, and devices) by maintaining design

systems and guidelines.

● Stay updated on emerging technologies, AI advancements, and fitness industry trends.

● Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders, incorporating feedback into

iterations.

Education and Experience:

● 5+ years of UX/UI design experience, preferably in AI and fitness-related products.

● Proficiency in Figma (a must) and other design tools.

● Strong portfolio showcasing mobile and device interface designs.

● Experience in user research, A/B testing, and data-driven design.

● Knowledge of AI interaction patterns and human centered design principles.

● Ability to work in a fast paced, agile environment.

● Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

● Familiarity with coding basics (HTML, CSS) for better collaboration with developers.
