The Visual Merchandising Manager at Naples Soap Company is responsible for developing and executing merchandising strategies that enhance the in-store shopping experience, promote brand identity, and drive sales. This role ensures that store layouts, displays, and product placements align with seasonal campaigns, company promotions, and customer engagement goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Visual Merchandising Strategy & Execution

• Develop and implement visual merchandising plans to enhance store aesthetics and optimize product placement.
• Ensure that store displays align with seasonal promotions, marketing campaigns, and brand standards.
• Oversee floor sets, planograms, window displays, and in-store signage to create an engaging shopping experience.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 3-5 years of experience in visual merchandising (preferably in beauty, wellness, or lifestyle retail).
• Strong eye for design, color, and brand aesthetics.
• Experience with planograms, floor sets, and display execution.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to train and support store teams.
• Ability to travel to multiple store locations 75% of the time.
• Proficiency in visual merchandising software, or design tools is a plus.
• Willingness to work early mornings, late nights, and possibly weekend when needed.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Visual Merchandising or a related field.

Experience Needed

• 3-5 years of experience in visual merchandising, store design, or retail merchandising (preferably in beauty, wellness, or lifestyle retail).
• Experience managing visual displays and layouts in a retail environment, ensuring brand consistency.
• Proven ability to create and implement planograms, floor sets, and window displays.
• Experience working with inventory and product placement strategies to maximize sales.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 per year
