Are you passionate about creating differentiated product strategies and working with hyperscale and AI platform providers to deploy the next generation of data center infrastructure? We are seeking a dynamic and experienced product marketer to join our team at Astera Labs. As a key member of our product marketing team, you will define product strategy, pricing and positioning for cutting-edge silicon, hardware and software solutions deployed across hyperscale and AI platforms. This role requires intense customer focus including engagement with our lighthouse customers, driving go-to-market (GTM) strategies, and standing-up product launches that advance the adoption of our high-performance connectivity solutions. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in the success of our Scorpio Smart Fabric Switch portfolio. We are hiring for multiple roles in both product management and product marketing, offering ample opportunities for growth and advancement within the product team. Based in Santa Clara, this position requires an in-person presence with travel to customers. Key Responsibilities Own product strategy and positioning:

Align product roadmaps with market needs, customer requirements, and industry trends, while performing competitive analysis to strengthen the product’s market position. Define product value proposition and messaging:

Create compelling messaging and pitch collateral that clearly communicates the product’s competitive advantages and unique value. Drive product pricing and commercials:

Partner with sales teams to establish pricing models, commercial strategies, and accurate forecasts to maximize product revenue potential. Lead product launches and events:

Plan and execute successful product launches, customer demos, and events to showcase product innovations and drive customer adoption. Lead customer product engagements:

Collaborate with field teams to pursue strategic opportunities, develop customer engagement plans, and prioritize must-win initiatives aligned with product goals. Collaborate across teams to raise the bar:

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and sales, to deliver best-in-class solutions and consistently improve outcomes. Deliver critical product documentation and plans:

Create and maintain GTM strategies, TAM/SAM/SOM models, price sheets, product collateral, schedules, and roadmaps to ensure product success throughout its lifecycle. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in engineering, marketing, business, or related field; MBA preferred. 10+ years of experience in product management or product marketing roles within the semiconductor industry, with a proven track record of launching and marketing successful semiconductor products. Deep understanding of AI architectures and high-speed protocols (e.g., PCIe, Ethernet, and/or CXL) used in cloud and AI infrastructure. Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to innovate with a platform mindset and translate customer pain points into competitive product strategies. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and compelling manner. Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Ownership mindset with a focus on driving measurable impact and achieving business objectives with an entrepreneurial spirit. Experience working with customers and partners to understand their needs, perspectives, and build trust, with a proven track record of technical and commercial negotiations. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
