Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and driven
Employee Benefits Producer
to join their growing team. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with business clients, identifying their employee benefits needs, and delivering tailored insurance solutions. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in the employee benefits space, excellent sales and negotiation skills, and a passion for helping businesses create competitive benefits packages for their employees.
Key Responsibilities Prospect, develop, and manage a book of business by building strong relationships with business owners, HR professionals, and decision-makers. Identify client needs and provide strategic employee benefits solutions, including group health, dental, vision, disability, and other voluntary benefits. Stay up to date with industry trends, compliance regulations, and carrier offerings to provide clients with expert guidance. Conduct benefits presentations, enrollment meetings, and renewals with clients. Work closely with account managers and carriers to ensure seamless implementation and servicing of benefits programs. Meet or exceed sales and revenue targets while maintaining high client satisfaction. Qualifications
Minimum
3 years of experience
in the employee benefits insurance industry. Active
Life & Health License
(required). Strong sales, networking, and relationship-building skills. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Ability to analyze client needs and recommend tailored insurance solutions. Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset. Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite. What We Offer
