Marketing Manager - La Jolla Playhouse

La Jolla Playhouse is seeking a Marketing Manager to join this renowned theatre company based in La Jolla, San Diego. Working with the Marketing team under the guidance of the Associate Director of Marketing, the Marketing Manager will work on campaigns for our season of six mainstage shows each year, WOW Festival, and other events and programs. The Marketing Manager oversees marketing campaigns and initiatives, including traditional and digital media, coordinating and trafficking marketing assets, supporting audience development initiatives, and community outreach. The Marketing Manager will enjoy daily variety, a positive and supportive environment in a world-renowned creative organization, and the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to a range of marketing campaigns, show and event-related projects, and community outreach initiatives. The ideal candidate is able to work with accuracy and exemplary attention to detail in a busy environment. Someone with a high level of organization skills will prosper in this role. The role requires an ability to respond to requests swiftly and with flexibility, while not losing sight of deadlines and priorities. Great interpersonal skills and a positive attitude are essential. The role works closely with numerous departments, including Patron Services, Operations, Philanthropy, Learning, and Engagement.
