As a Brand Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in contributing to the development and execution of marketing campaigns and activations designed to make Pinterest top of mind, better understood and more valuable to the daily lives of existing and potential users.

We are seeking a strategic marketer with a strong background in integrated marketing and project management to help run campaign and activation planning and execution across some of our most ambitious, visible consumer creative work. From global brand campaigns to activations at Coachella, in this role you will help by developing critical insights that support campaign strategy, work with partners to develop and deliver channel strategies, create & execute integrated activations, and establish measurement plans to evaluate success across multiple initiatives.

What you'll do:

Craft strategic points of view from cultural and consumer insight, brand/product truths and competitive audits to be utilized in the development of campaign strategy and execution.

Proactively keep projects moving by managing project timelines, meetings, feedback consolidation, approval processes and internal communications.

Manage budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful execution.

Collaborate with partners ranging from Creative, Product, Media and Measurement, Operations, and Brand Research & Insights while juggling multiple campaigns at different phases.

Support channel partners and ensure the development and execution of channel plans that are strategically aligned with higher level campaign strategies for integrated campaigns.

Track and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimizations to stakeholders, mid-flight and through comprehensive wrap reports.

What we're looking for:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Marketing, or equivalent experience.

4+ years of brand or product marketing experience working in a fast-paced organization.

Excellent project management skills to keep complex, simultaneous workstreams on track across from beginning to end.

Strong collaboration skills and ability to work across multiple cross-functional teams, disciplines, and time zones with a high bias towards action.

Strong verbal and written communication skills and time management skills with the ability to self-prioritize daily tasks.

Ability to pivot, problem solve in real time and bring stakeholders along for the journey.

Strong understanding of brand strategy, insight development and campaign execution.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or relevant field.

In-Office Requirement Statement:

We let the type of work you do guide the collaboration style. That means we're not always working in an office, but we continue to gather for key moments of collaboration and connection.

This role will need to be in the office for in-person collaboration 1-2 times every 6-months and therefore can be situated anywhere in the country.
