The Senior Graphic Designer is responsible for developing creative that connects with audiences both internally and externally, showcasing the unique contributions of a multitude of diverse brands within the enterprise. This individual reports directly to the Manager, Design.
Responsibilities Conceptualize creative designs across multiple touchpoints, including branding and marketing campaigns, digital collateral, merchandise, print materials, presentations, events, and more. Apply ingenuity, resourcefulness, analytical, and organizational skills to identify and evaluate design problems, develop strong solutions, and deliver captivating designs Contribute to all stages of the design process for various mediums (digital, print, presentations, etc.) developing style guides, creating original mood boards and sketches Manage multiple projects, working in collaboration with partners to maintain brand consistency and aesthetic Attend client meetings with internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership, to present and communicate design concepts and recommendations Prep files for production to exact requirements Taking a lead role in developing and deploying best in class creative assets, produce high-quality designs, illustrations, and campaigns Basic Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a graphic design related field, with strong emphasis in both print and digital mediums including logo development, marketing campaigns, and event branding. Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Advanced skills in illustration, color theory, and typography Proficient in print publication development including layout design, pre-press, and press checks. Strong understanding of web design, including mobile and responsive landscapes Position requires organizational skills, corporate confidentiality, attention to detail, ability to balance and prioritize multiple projects and work independently Preferred Qualifications
Experience in editorial and photography Keynote and/or PowerPoint design Figma web application Aware of current market trends in both design and content consumption Able to work well with a team, or as an individual Must be aware of current brands, properties, and priorities Ability to work with minimal supervision and a history of taking initiative Must be focused on attention to detail Demonstrates creation of cutting-edge, original design solutions on rigorous deadlines Must be able to adapt creative to fit within brand guidelines Ability to multitask between multiple projects and clients Must be able to work in an environment with/take feedback from multiple stakeholders Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude Must be good at organization and prioritization as the role will carry a large volume of work at times Must be flexible with hours based on need
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $45 - $49/hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location. Additional benefits offered may include; medical health insurance and dental insurance, life insurance, and eligibility to participate in 401k plan with company match (if applicable).
