The

Graphic Designe r is a creative, self-motivated individual with a keen visual sense and passion for good design. The designer will work with multi-disciplinary teams, which will involve observing, listening, researching, and brainstorming. The designer will experience the innovation process of projects in many different mediums, and it is the designer's role to communicate ideas in the form of presentations, web media, print media and prototypes. In addition to graphic design, this role will have a partial responsibility to the Marketing Coordinator role duties as well to support the overarching execution of the department initiatives. The split of duties will be an approximate mix of 70% graphic design and 30% marketing coordinator support.

Responsibilities

Develop and design graphics, layouts, and visual assets for digital and print media, including digital advertising, websites, social media, email campaigns, brochures, collateral, and event signage. Collaborate with the marketing and support center teams to ensure designs align with brand guidelines and messaging. Create visually compelling presentations, reports, and promotional materials. Produce original concepts and designs, as well as refine existing assets to enhance their impact. Maintain consistency across all design work while keeping up-to-date with current design trends and tools. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Create graphic design intake process, requirements and project delivery protocol. Participate in brainstorming and creative sessions to generate innovative ideas for campaigns and projects. Collaborate with Marketing Team, Business Development Team and other stakeholders to execute targeted marketing strategies effectively. Work cross-functionally to ensure the successful and brand consistent onboarding of new practices. Assist in the development and placement of content on various digital platforms, including websites and social media. Support the Marketing and Business Development teams with the overall execution of strategic priorities through task-oriented execution as needed. KEY METRICS

Minimum of three (3) years of experience in graphic design. Portfolio of completed design projects. Expert level experience with image editing and design software. Strong aesthetic skills with exceptional typographic abilities. Attention to visual details. Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and collaborate in a team environment. Good verbal and written communication skills. Bachelor's degree in graphic design or similar field required.
