As an Associate Creative Director, Copywriter, you'll be a key driver of our creative vision, leading concept development and execution across a range of integrated campaigns-including but not limited to social-first content and storytelling, experiential activations, talent/creator partnerships, influencer-driven storytelling, branded content, and beyond. You'll partner closely with art directors, strategists, and account teams to craft compelling narratives that cut through the noise and spark conversation.

We're looking for a conceptual thinker who doesn't just write ads but builds ideas that live across culture, with a strong grasp of brand voice, audience insights, and platform innovation. From crafting high-impact campaign taglines to shaping engaging social storytelling, you'll bring ideas to life in ways that feel fresh, relevant, and deeply engaging.

WHO YOU ARE:

In partnership with Associate Creative Director, Art Direction- lead concept development for integrated campaigns spanning digital, social, experiential, branded content, and influencer collaborations. Develop breakthrough copy that translates brand strategy into compelling storytelling across multiple touchpoints. Create overarching brand platforms and wrappers that are representative of the strategy/brief. Shape brand voices and maintain creative consistency across executions. Work within the cross functional team to create engaging creative that goes beyond traditional advertising. Collaborate with talent and influencer teams to craft messaging that aligns with authentic partnerships. Confidently present creative ideas to senior client leads and internal teams, delivering a compelling, strategic point of view on cultural relevance and audience engagement. Mentor junior creatives and contribute to a culture of bold, innovative thinking. WHO YOU ARE:

7+ years of copywriting experience, with at least 2+ years in a senior creative role. Comfortability operating within an IAT with multiple creative voices. Proven experience developing non-traditional creative work, including experiential, talent-driven campaigns, and influencer-led storytelling. A portfolio that show cases big ideas, sharp copywriting, and culture-forward thinking. Expertise in social-first creative and emerging platforms. A strategic mindset-able to balance creativity with business objectives. Strong presentation skills and experience working directly with clients. Passion for pop culture, trends, and audience behaviors.

$86,000 - $138,000 a year

An employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of DJEH's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, a Paid Time Off policy, and region-specific benefits.
