Position Summary:
The Quality Control/Quality Assurance (QC/QA) Analyst II will interface with our customer; review documents prior to submission; and review internal processes, documents, and forms prior to release. The QC/QA Analyst II will aid with the design of special procedures to maximize editorial quality and writer productivity. May work with internal/external personnel to determine QC plans.
What You'll Do:

Review technical documentation and technical type materials for any grammar and spelling errors, making sure all work aligns with company standards.
*
Ensure all client-bound materials meet customer requirements, company style guides, and ISO 9001 standards.
*
Assist in internal and external ISO 9001 audits and help improve quality control processes. Not required but will train if you don't have experience!
*
Support the development of procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
*
Work closely with internal teams to interpret specifications and maintain high-quality deliverables.
*
Participate in the development and refinement of quality control procedures.
What You Bring:
*
Strong editing skills with experience in technical documentation
*
Familiarity with editing tools and style guides documentation
*
Minimum of 2 year's experience editing complete and complex documents
*
ISO 9001 Internal Auditor certification (or willingness to obtain and learn)
*
Strong grammar skills and attention to detail
*
Bachelor's degree in English or equivalent work experience
*
Ability to multitask on multiple jobs and being able to jump from one project to another
Work Environment:
