The PrismHR E-Learning Designer facilitates the successful utilization of our software platform by creating and delivering engaging training for both employees and customers.
This is accomplished through in-person live training, webinars, eLearning programs, and creation of other self-help materials.

Responsibilities
  1. Master our core PrismHR software suite to facilitate organization-wide learning.
  2. Design and implement role-playing activities to enhance interpersonal skills such as negotiation, teamwork, and conflict management.
  3. Schedule and facilitate regular training sessions and ensure employees complete necessary training courses, including communication and troubleshooting skills.
  4. Work in tandem with managers, technical writers, and other key team members to foster a culture of continuous learning through on-the-job training at PrismHR.
  5. Create instructional materials, including courses, curriculum, articles/guides, and training manuals.
  6. Revamp existing content to reflect changes to the systems after product updates.
  7. Develop eLearning materials using Articulate 360.
  8. Upload eLearning materials to the Learning Management System (LMS) for easy access.
Additional Duties:
  • Create learning content for external customers, including user guides, video tutorials, FAQs, and other educational materials.
  • Empower customers to resolve minor issues independently, leading to reduced support tickets and increased customer satisfaction.
  • Promote product engagement and customer retention by ensuring customers are well-informed about our product features.
  • Leverage digital tools and platforms to deliver content to customers in a remote role, allowing for a diverse range of content tailored to different learning preferences.
Note: The role may include other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  1. Work experience as a Trainer, Content Creator, or similar role.
  2. 2+ years of experience with Articulate Storyline 360.
  3. Experience with PrismHR or other payroll systems is a plus.
  4. Experience in customer service positions is a plus.
  5. Knowledge of Learning Management Software (LMS).
  6. Familiarity with interactive learning activities.
  7. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  8. Additional certification in training is a plus.
  9. Best practices and in-depth understanding of eLearning technology issues.
  10. Familiarity with multimedia formats and multimodal training methods.
