We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager - Microsoft Teams Go-to-Market Strategy (Teams Phone, Teams Rooms and Teams Premium) to drive our strategy and establish this solution as a preferred offering for customers seeking to integrate generative AI scenarios that prioritize communication overload, meeting lifecycle management, and answer my questions. This role will report directly to the Senior Director of the Product Marketing and work across the product, sales and engineering teams in addition to other stakeholders.
How will you achieve this? The candidate will achieve these goals by first building high visibility go-to-markets that effectively capture the target audience's attention and drive brand awareness. They will recommend insightful marketing actions based on data-driven analysis and market trends, ensuring that each strategy is tailored to meet the specific needs of the business. By driving greater sales engagement, the candidate will foster stronger relationships with customers and partners, leading to increased sales and customer loyalty.
They will also put programs with high Return-on-Investment (ROI) in place, carefully selecting and implementing initiatives that offer the best return on investment. Finally, the candidate will measure the ROI of all programs, using key performance indicators and metrics to assess the effectiveness of each initiative and make data-informed decisions for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities
Build next-generation AI go-to-market strategies.
Live and breathe customer needs and purchasing behaviors.
Creatively solve customer and business problems and generate innovative solutions through storytelling.
Define market readiness identify effective selling strategies and pitches, identify target customers, execute strategies for customer journeys.
Understand Total Addressable Market (TAM) and design targeting strategies to capture market share.
Develop and frame business analysis where needed.
Collaborate with partners to build key solution moments and programs.
Work with internal partners such as FastTrack and Unified among others, to execute strategies with precision and excellence.
Facilitate go-to-markets orchestration and enablement effectively.
Measure the impact of key strategies and programs, making appropriate adjustments as needed throughout the year.
Work with Digital Marketing on digital signals and understand how to support top of funnel activities.

Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 5+ years experience in business
OR Master's Degree in in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 3+ years experience in business
OR equivalent experience.
5+ years of experience managing Go-to-Market strategies for technical products.
5+ years of experience developing complex business reports and presenting to senior business leadership.
Additional or Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 8+ years experience in business
OR Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 6+ years experience in business
OR equivalent experience.
Product Marketing IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $103,800 - $200,300 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $133,700 - $219,200 per year.
