User Experience Designer

Position Overview/Responsibilities for the User Experience Designer:
- Act as a key resource on projects under the guidance of Senior User Experience Designers - Design, develop, and support various applications in IT and Clinical spaces - Create wireframes, prototypes, journey maps, sitemaps, heuristic reviews, personas, and experience maps - Collaborate closely with researchers to prepare interactive prototypes for usability testing - Participate in design reviews to ensure consistency across applications and adherence to requirements and standards - Work with QA for defect resolution and Development teams to implement designs - Partner closely with Product Owners and diverse stakeholders to understand requirements and reflect those in wireframes & prototypes
Required Skills for User Experience Designer:
- 3-4 years of experience in User Experience Design - Portfolio demonstrating prior experience - Bachelor's Degree preferred - Proficiency in UX technologies and methodologies - Familiarity with design industry standards and best practices - Proficiency in macOS, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, prototyping tools (i.e. InVision, Axure, etc.) - Basic knowledge of modern front-end technologies - Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think logically - Experience working with Agile/SCRUM teams
