ESSENTIAL DUTIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Accountable for compliance with all regulatory requirements, the GMM, Standard operating procedures of the Material Department, Safety Guidelines established by the company, and SOX404 as required. Maintain close communication & coordination with coworkers, customers, vendors, and warehouse staff, etc. Track information on incoming purchase orders for aircraft parts to ensure a timely delivery to support the PHI Americas fleet of helicopters. Maintain reports based on fill rates of assigned fleets. Ensure that information accurate and posted in a timely manner. Maintain inventory levels IAW established PHI Supply Chain procedures and policies. Respond to expediting of aircraft parts and materials. Must comply with all regulatory documentation for aircraft parts. Maintain a safe up-to-date vehicle driving record and license. Must be a problem solver/decision-maker. Perform miscellaneous related duties as assigned by supervisor QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
High school graduate. Basic computer skills. Prior experience preferred. Able to lift and handle freight items. Good communication and coordination skills are required. Valid vehicle driver's license. ORGANIZATIONAL CORE VALUES
