DescriptionWe are a 20-year-strong and growing direct-to-consumer e-commerce company looking for an awesome Digital Marketing Strategist. Are you up to the challenge? This marketing specialist should have 5+ years of digital marketing experience and 5+ years of E-Commerce B2C marketing experience. This person directly works with the Director of Digital Marketing & E-commerce creating marketing strategies and implementing the marketing plan.If you are a data-driven marketer, then this is the role for you.Responsibilities•Develops and executes targeted marketing strategies to increase website traffic, revenue, and ROI•Develops strategy for email targeting and segmentation•Develops and creates drip campaigns and segmented email campaigns to increase customer lifetime value and retention•Assist 3rd Party marketplace marketing efforts (Amazon/Etsy/Wayfair Walmart, etc.) driving increased revenue and ROI•Manages Google Ads agency relationship and drives 5.5+ ROAS•Works with agencies or internal teams on Paid Social and Affiliate/Influencer marketing•Drives continuous improvements in KPIs across all marketing channels using Google Analytics•Communicate with external partners and vendors on ongoing strategies, program optimizations, budgets, reporting, and testingQualificationsMUST HAVE EXPERIENCE: 5+ Years as a digital marketing strategist, or specialist INCLUDING 3+ Years B2C e-commerce marketing experience at an agency or similar role in which multiple e-commerce brands have been worked on.•Demonstrated experience developing targeted email marketing campaigns•Demonstrated experience driving targeted, converting traffic to websites•Successful customer segmentation experience•Experience generating awareness AND conversions via Paid Social•Proficiency with Google Analytics•Demonstrated ability to measure, track, and work with teams remotely•Exceptional problem-solving skills, ability to prioritize and focus on impact•Acute attention to detail across all disciplines•Must be results-oriented - with a high degree of personal initiative•Bachelor's or higher degree in digital marketing, internet marketing, or other applicable degree
