$60,000.00/yr - $70,000.00/yr

Director of Operations at Enchante Accessories

Position Type: Full-Time or Freelance

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

We are seeking a talented Packaging Designer to join our design team. You must be highly motivated to work in a fast-paced environment, have a strong ability for technical packaging design & work well in a team. We design a full range of baby & children’s products.

  1. Produce Print-Ready Files and Tech Packs including technical dielines with accuracy
  2. Ability to multi-task & work in fast paced environment
  3. Make Digital Mockups in Adobe AI/PS & actual mockups
  4. Strong Command of Visual Design Capabilities, Including Composition, Layout, Hierarchy, Typography, and Color Judgement
  5. Ability to Create Physical Comps
  6. Create customer specific presentations showing displays, end caps, planograms
  7. Work Directly with Art Director, Project Managers, and Creative Team
  8. Perform related duties as assigned.

COMPETENCIES

  1. Must Have 3-5 Years of Full Time Packaging Design Experience
  2. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite for Mac: Illustrator & Photoshop
  3. Must Have Portfolio and Proven Experience in Designing Packaging (paper box, blister cards, etc.)
  4. Strong Attention to Detail
  5. Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
  6. Ability to work in a fast-paced and creative environment while maintaining an enthusiastic and positive attitude.
  7. Excellent Time Management Skills to Meet Strict Deadlines

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s Degree in packaging design or a related field; or an Associate’s degree with 3+ years of Packaging Design
