The candidate must have the ability to generate original short form video content ideas and flag timely trends to be utilized on video centric platforms such as TikTok, Reels and YouTube Shorts as a part of overall social strategy. This position requires the employee to have a keen sense of branding and be able to productively adapt with the several different styles you will be working with. This position primarily consists of video editing but the candidates must also be comfortable shooting content including live photo and videography, BTS photo and videography, product and lifestyle shoots, videography for music videos, photography for single and album artwork, etc. The Video Content Creator must be able to work hands-on in a wide realm of creative work. You must be proficient in several different forms of creative work, focusing on videography and photography, but also must have experience in design work, as well as having a natural eye for branding and artistic curation. As the Video Content Creator, you will be responsible for communicating with and coordinating different photo and video shoots with clients, creating style and brand guides for different clients, and overseeing photo and video assets that are produced from the creative department.

Qualifications
- Proficient in Adobe Suite (Premiere, Photoshop, Lightroom).
- Skilled in DSLR/mirrorless and mobile camera operation.
- Experience in video camera operation and editing.
- Ability to retouch photos and edit videos in a timely manner.
- Knowledge of social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Squarespace, Wix, Bandzoogle, HTML, CSS, or website development.
