The Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in driving growth by building strategic sales packages, developing and refining CRM processes, and implementing effective sales strategies. This role requires a leader who can own the sales pipeline, track and manage performance metrics, and deliver on ambitious revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Strategy & Execution:
    1. Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
    2. Build, test, and refine tailored sales packages that address client needs and highlight company capabilities.
    3. Analyze sales data to identify trends, optimize strategies, and ensure revenue goals are consistently met or exceeded.
    4. Lead internal alignment on sales initiatives, collaborating across departments to ensure seamless execution.
  2. Own and oversee the entire CRM process—from inquiry to closing deals and driving re-ups.
  3. Continuously evaluate and improve CRM systems and workflows to optimize sales performance.
  4. Leverage CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage accounts, track customer interactions, and measure success.
  5. Maintain a robust pipeline of new and existing clients, ensuring an accurate forecast of sales opportunities.
  6. Client Relationships:
    1. Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, prioritizing customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
    2. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring timely communication and project updates.
    3. Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services to existing clients.
  7. Proposal Development:
    1. Lead the creation of professional, customized proposals tailored to client goals and aligned with sales strategies.
    2. Maintain and update sales templates and resources, ensuring accuracy and relevance to current offerings.
    3. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to present compelling and well-structured proposals.
  8. Performance Accountability:
    1. Take full ownership of sales performance metrics, tracking progress and adjusting strategies as needed.
    2. Report regularly on sales targets, pipeline health, and revenue forecasts to executive leadership.
    3. Hold yourself and the sales team accountable for meeting or exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual goals.

Qualifications:

  1. Proven track record of building and implementing sales packages and strategies that drive measurable results.
  2. Demonstrated expertise in managing CRM systems and optimizing workflows.
  3. Experience developing sales plans and executing against aggressive revenue targets in the media or advertising industry.
  4. Exceptional ability to communicate value to clients through compelling proposals and presentations.
  5. Analytical and goal-oriented, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  6. Strong leadership and organizational skills, with a proactive and self-motivated approach.
