Job Title: Apparel Graphic Designer / Production Artist

Reports To: Art Manager

Job Type: Full Time, Exempt, 40 hours a week, Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm

Job Location: Overland Park, KS (On-Site – Not a Remote Position)

Overview:

Triform Custom Apparel & Outdoor Custom Sportswear are the exclusive licensees for Adidas & Columbia Sportwear, and we are looking to add to our Art Team. The candidate must be a collaborator, possess a strong work ethic, and be a forward thinker. This position will be part of a growing creative team producing graphics for the college market.

Responsibilities:

1. Convert graphics that are ready for screen print, embroidery, heat seal, and web images.
2. Work with originating departments to create and manage art requested by customers.
3. Develop visual elements for print and digital needs.
4. Build art approval pages for customer approval before product moves to production.
5. Monitor email questions from independent sales representatives, account services, and customers.
6. Provide phone support to independent sales representatives, account services, and customers.
7. Maintain product knowledge of Columbia and Adidas apparel.
8. Focus will be on production art with opportunities for some design work when collaborating with customers.
9. Perform all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree.
2. 2-3 years of experience.
3. Background in embroidery and screen print required.
4. Initiative-taking and able to manage multiple projects.
5. Creative and forward thinker in graphic design.
6. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite.
7. Attention to accuracy and detail is required.
8. Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Acrobat, and basic knowledge of Office 365.
9. Ability to multi-task a variety of responsibilities.
10. Ability to work independently and manage individual projects.
11. Preferred knowledge of SAP operating system.
