Please note this role is hybrid in NYC, 3 days onsite, no exceptions.

Summary
We are seeking a Producer to join the Content Design team. The ideal candidate brings a passion for strategic project management, ensuring projects are executed efficiently, on time, and within scope. This role works closely with the Design Manager and Lead Producer to support team operations and drive project success.

Responsibilities include defining project requirements, managing timelines, coordinating stakeholder reviews, and proactively mitigating risks to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Success in this role requires a strong background in managing multichannel projects from start to finish, along with excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

A highly organized and solutions-oriented mindset, along with the ability to anticipate challenges and adapt accordingly will be key.

Description
As a Content Design Producer, you will serve as the definitive project manager for all assigned initiatives, leading the end-to-end design creation process with precision and efficiency.

You will be responsible for:

  1. Managing project intake, identifying deliverables, scoping work, and establishing clear timelines to ensure projects are kicked off and completed on time and at the highest standard.
  2. Facilitating seamless communication and building alignment between the Content Design team and cross-functional teams including Product Design, Editorial, Engineering, Photo, Legal, Business, and Marketing.
  3. Prioritizing competing initiatives, navigating shifting priorities, and troubleshooting production challenges.

Minimum Qualifications

  1. 5+ years experience producing consumer-facing design initiatives in-house or at an agency.
  2. Experience managing every touchpoint of a project lifecycle, balancing competing priorities in dynamic environments across various work streams.
  3. Experience managing stakeholder reviews and collaborating seamlessly with cross-functional teams including design, editorial, business, marketing, engineering, and legal.
  4. Ability to grasp complexity quickly and cut through ambiguity.
  5. Ability to balance tactical detail-oriented execution with a holistic big-picture perspective, anticipating challenges and proactively addressing needs.
  6. Excellent written and verbal communication, adept at conveying ideas clearly and effectively across time zones (California, UK, AU).
  7. Experience leading daily meetings, setting clear agendas, preparing teams, and ensuring alignment through accurate note-taking.
  8. Self-motivated and flexible mindset with a willingness to adapt in order to arrive at the best possible solution, fostering teamwork, valuing inclusion and encouraging diverse perspectives.
  9. Expert-level proficiency in Slack.
  10. Proficiency in Wrike or similar project management tools.
  11. Proficiency in Box or similar content management platform.
  12. BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Proficiency in Keynote, Pages, and Numbers.
  2. Familiarity with design concepts and terminology across a variety of digital mediums including web, app, email, photography, illustration, and animation.
  3. Experience working with engineering teams and an understanding of technical project requirements.
  4. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Sketch.
  5. A passion for technology companies, their products, and their customers.
