As the Creative Ops Manager, you will lead and oversee the creative process from concept to completion, ensuring that all creative projects align with our brand standards and business objectives. Creative Operations & Project Management
- Establish and maintain a structured process for creative projects, from initial concept to final asset delivery
- Develop and manage project timelines, production schedules, and approval checkpoints to ensure smooth execution
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Digital, Social, Product Development) to align creative output with business objectives
- Oversee creative requests, prioritizing based on deadlines, scope, and impact
- Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies, continuously improving workflows for better collaboration
Production and Execution
- Support content creation across all initiatives and formats, including everything from campaign content to social posts to packaging
- Implement a scalable production strategy, ensuring creative assets meet a range of needs, from high-end brand campaigns to performance-driven content
- Manage budgets and resources effectively to optimize creative output without compromising quality
- Supervise pre-production, on-set, and post-production workflows, ensuring all deliverables are aligned with brand identity
Talent Management
- Source and cultivate relationships with photographers, directors, stylists, casting agencies, and other industry professionals, and manage through all phases of a project
- Suggest talent and assemble teams to support production of creative assets
- Negotiate contracts, rates, and timelines with external vendors and partners
Process Optimization
- Continuously refine creative operations and asset management systems to improve efficiency
- Research and implement best practices for production, budgeting, and creative team collaboration
- Keep a pulse on emerging trends in the beauty industry to evolve creative execution strategies
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Serve as the central point of contact between the creative team and other departments, ensuring alignment on priorities
- Partner closely with Creative, Marketing, Digital, Social, PR teams to ensure creative work supports marketing strategies
- Work with Retail, E-commerce, and International teams to provide creative solutions that support omnichannel initiatives
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in creative operations, production, or project management ideally within beauty, fashion, or a consumer brand
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects.
- Expert in workflow management tools (Asana, Monday.com, Trello, or similar platforms)
- Knowledge of digital and print production processes, including photography, video, and campaign asset creation
- Experience managing budgets, timelines, and external vendor relationships
- A strong understanding of creative development, from concept to execution
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive alignment
- Passion for the beauty industry, creative storytelling, and brand building
